Refund and Cancellation Policies

• If you cancel the course booking within 3 calendar days of receiving your order confirmation and before the start of the course without giving any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid.
• Cancellations and refunds in circumstances outside those described above, and/or following the expiration of the 3-days cancellation period, are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Cancellation and Refund policy. For the avoidance of doubt, the cancellation period will expire 3 days after the date of the Order Confirmation.
• We will refund the course fee using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
• If you start to use our services during the cancellation period (i.e. if the course commences during the 3-day cancellation period) and/or if you access the course materials via our online course spaces (i.e. via our virtual learning environment), no refund will be payable.

Refund Policy

Terms & Conditions for Refund: (Live-CE courses)

• 100% of the course fee will be refunded, if cancellation is done more than [3] days before the Course Commencement Date
• 50% of the course fee will be refunded, if cancellation is done before, but not more than [3] days (Within 3 days) before the Course Commencement Date.
• 0 % will be refunded if the trainee fails to attend after, but not more than [1] days (same day) after the Course Commencement Date days (same day) after the Course Commencement Date
• 0 % will be refunded if the trainee fails to attend the course on the commencement date or discontinues mid-way through the course. More than [1] days after the Course Commencement Date
• 100% will be refunded if the student wishes to cancel his booking due to the non-delivery of the course as per the course commencement date.
• The processing time for approved refunds is seven working days.
• We will refund the course fee using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
